Welcome to Cutoff Crafts. Below you will find our terms policies and procedures. By using our sites, social media sites, and other webpages connect to our brand, you agree to these terms, conditions, policies, and procedures.

1. Recipe:
Almost all of the recipes shared on our blog, in emails, in person or other forms of communication, are our own recipes. If they are not our recipe, we will include the website where it was found.

2. Free Printables and downloads:
Cutoff Crafts often shares what we find interesting in the way of printables, downloads, crafts and other items. Many of the free printables and downloads seen on our site are found on several different webpages and consolidated into a blog post. They are not created by Cutoff Crafts nor do these printables belong to Cutoff Crafts. Many of the printables and downloads have their copyright info within their files or come from a site that is copyrighted by a certain company (Disney, BBC, Dreamworks, ect.)

Disclosure: Cutoff Crafts receives products in order to conduct reviews. Unless noted otherwise, no monetary compensation was provided. Cutoff Crafts only shares and recommends products or services that we think will be a good fit for our readers. All the opinions are 100% our own. 3. Free Printables created by Cutoff Crafts
There are times when Cutoff Crafts will post free printables that were created using a certain character, movie, tv show, etc. as inspiration. Cutoff Crafts does not own the rights to these characters, movies, tv shows, etc. Cutoff Crafts is simply a fan creating fan art. Cutof Crafts posted them so that others may have the chance to enjoy the art and download it if they wish. These printables are for the viewers personal use only and may not be sold. The art may not be reproduced or stolen. It belongs to Cutoff Crafts and Cutoff Crafts is sharing it with you. Do not claim it as your own or re-post without our information on the image.

4. Fossil, Crystal, and Mineral Specimen
All our fossils, crystals, and mineral specimens are obtained legally through reputable sources.

5. Crafts:
There are times when Cutoff Crafts will post crafts that we have created and a how-to on how to create them. These crafts are Cutoff Crafts' own creations and belong to Cutoff Crafts. Do not claim it as your own or re-post without the Cutoff Crafts information or watermark.

A. Digital Items:

All digital items/files listed for sale are made by Cutoff Craft members. These items are copyrighted by CutoffCrafts.com and cannot be reproduced or sold.

All digital items/files are for personal use only and they may not be shared or forwarded. Meaning they are for your use only. They cannot be used commercially or for profit.

Due to the nature of these items there are no refunds 

B. Gift Cards:

Use of our gift cards can be redeemed only at Cutoff Crafts. Cutoff Crafts gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, check or credit. They are redeemable only for goods and services not exceeding the remaining credit balance on the card. Please treat the Cutoff Crafts gift cards like cash; if the gift card is lost or stolen it will not be replaced. Your use of this gift card constitutes acceptance of our terms here and those found on CutoffCrafts.Square.site

Due to the nature of these items there are no refunds.

C. Physical items:

Many of our physical items are handcrafted by Cutoff Crafts Members in the wonderful mountains of Idaho and Washington.

Each earring is made of individually chosen beads carefully selected by Michelle to balance and compliment each other. She then gently wrap each head pin to make sure everything stays secure for years to come. Please zoom the photos to see more details.

Each crochet item is made individually with patterns created by Ahsoka. The yarn, colors, and stitching are carefully chosen and implemented to make fun and enjoyable toys, keychains, and useful items.

Items not made by Cutoff Crafts include fossils, stones, dice, stickers and other fantastic merchandise. We buy and sell these to our customers providing our customers with a great place to buy gifts, toys, or other items.

Purchasing from our store means that you agree to our rules, terms, nd conditions.

D. Important note on variations:

All of our handmade items will be slightly different from the item pictured. Many of them are made to order so placement of certain pieces or attributes may and will vary. The placement of eyes, the colors, sizes, tones, wraps, stitches, charms, beads, and everything else we may use or do to make our items will vary slightly. These differences will make your item a one of a kind!

Colors may also vary depending on monitors:

For Digital Items:

Printed colors may differ from one computer monitor, printer, or brand to another. Different Paper brands and different types of paper can also cause color variations. Your choice of printer settings will also create color variations in this product. Cutoff Crafts is not responsible for the resulting color variations. Due to the vast number of variables involved in printing, there will be NO REFUNDS and NO DESIGN OR COLOR REVISIONS. If color matches are important, print out the small picture to see if the color will work for you before you purchase.

For Physical items:

Colors may differ from one computer monitor or brand to another. Cutoff Crafts is not responsible for the resulting color variations. Due to the vast number of variables involved with monitors and their settings, there will be NO REFUNDS due to color divergence and NO DESIGN OR COLOR REVISIONS.

E. Returns

If you wish to return an item, be sure to get a return agreement from Cutoff Crafts.

This means you will need:
1. Confirmation Code from Cutoff Crafts by contacting us on our blog here: https://www.cutoffcrafts.com/p/contact-us.html
2. return shipping address provided by Cutoff Crafts

Return shipping will be paid by the buyer and needs to be returned with 10 days of purchase.

The item must be returned in it's original condition. There will be a restocking fee of 15%. If the item doesn't return in the original condition, there will be a charge for the decreased value.

All custom orders are non-refundable.

F. Payment

Cutoff Crafts accept Payment through Square, which includes Google Pay, Apple Pay, and credit cards. If you wish to pay by other means, please contact Cutoff Crafts for a special order invoice.

To buy from our site:
1. Add items to your cart,
2. checkout and pay through the Square system.
3. Cutoff Crafts will receive your payment and send you your items(s) after a 3-10 day processing time.

Digital items will arrive in your email within 48 hours. All items will be sent to your email in PDF format. They will be sent to the email you used to pay.

G. Shipping

Digital Items:

Digital items will be emailed within 48 hours of a cleared payment. They will not be mailed through any postal service. If items are larger than 20 MB the customer may receive more than 1 email. Each email will be numbered. Example 1 of 5, 2 of 5 and so on.

The final products will be sent to your email inbox without the watermark.

Physical Items:

All physical item orders that total less that $75.00 will have a flat rate shipping charge of $9.00 and will be shipped USPS First Class Mail.

All orders that total $75.00 or more will receive free USPS First Class Mail shipping.

Items can be picked Up at our Next Event - Select this if you will be attending our next event and want to pick up your item at our Booth. Please state in the notes which event you will be attending so that we will have your item(s) ready for you.

No items are shipped when this option is selected as the buyer will be picking up the order. Please bring your receipt with you.

H. How to get your items

Go to our shop: https://cutoffcrafts.square.site/. Add the desired items to your cart. Once you have everything you wish to purchase in your cart, click checkout. Follow the prompts, pay, and get ready for epic items to arrive in the mail or email. 

To get your digital items: Click the download button in your email and save them in your computer. You can then open the files, print and create. You can also take these to a local professional printing store and have them print it out as well. Most of the items for sale should be printed on Cardstock unless otherwise noted.

I. Customization/Personalization

All items for sale or download do not include personalized information. If you wish to have an item personalized please contact Cutoff Crafts first to see if it is possible.

If Personalization is possible, Cutoff Crafts requires payment before any personalized work will be started or completed.

Email will be used for communication. Once payment is received and cleared, Cutoff Crafts will send an email requesting the information needed for personalization (Name, age, etc.)

Once work is completed, Cutoff Crafts will send a small image example for approval. If it is acceptable, a return email accepting the changes is binding. You will then receive the items in your email within 48 hours.

If an item is not acceptable, a reply is required with the required changes. This will continue until the items meet the customers wishes. Once everything is acceptable, the customer will receive their items in an email within 48 hours.

Customizws or Personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

J. Special Order

We here at Cutoff Crafts love special orders. If you wish to have us create something, please contact and let us know what you will like. We will work with you to come up with a great item.

Before we begin work on the special order, the special order must be paid for in full. Once payment has cleared we will begin working on the project.

Special Orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
