The 2026 Valley Vista Spring Craft Fair is Coming!

The 2026 Valley Vista Spring Craft Fair is rapidly approaching! May 2-3, 2026, the historic Valley Vista barn and the surrounding land will once again be full of the hustle and bustle of a booming craft fair. All the colorful tents full of amazing wares will cover the field and stuff the barn to the brim! Live music will be playing, hot piping food will be dished up, and there will be tons of laughing, smiling, faces.

I adore this event. Like the vibrant purple and yellow crocuses bursting forth in a riot of color, the Valley Vista Spring Craft Fair really kicks off the craft fair season. It’s incredibly easy to get to the show. The Valley Vista barn is located right off of Highway 95, between Athol and Sandpoint. It’s an iconic landmark for the area. Every year, Jan Reid works with the Idaho Department of Transportation to provide a safe slowdown and turn section. This is deeply appreciated.

Kids have the option to storm the giant inflatable bounce houses, go on a pony ride, or even go for a classic hay ride. There is no entry fee to the Valley Vista Spring Craft Fair, it is open to everyone! Parking is also free.

As this is the week right before Mother’s Day, the Valley Vista Spring Craft Fair is a fantastic place to find Mother’s Day gifts! There are tons of delicious treats like freeze dried candy; all kinds of handmade artisan crafts; cute custom signs; and more! Last year I got my mom a laser engraved wooden magnet. She loved it!
